Current maintenance systems use email, phone calls, and web forms to handle requests. These systems require clients to self-diagnose their issues and a human to process the requests. But this process allows for the same misdiagnosed service calls to happen again.

Solution:

City Morph developed a hybrid AI service that will modernize how maintenance requests are handled for both commercial and residential properties. The application will use a proprietary AI chatbot intermediary to assist clients in better diagnosing maintenance issues before a human specialist is sent to repair the problem.
